The conviction of ALARM Tanzania is that without strong pastoral servant leadership, the Tanzanian church will remain infant, tossed between different challenges, without spiritual growth and with less impact in communities. The goal of ALARM Tanzania is to strengthen and empower the Tanzanian church and communities by equipping the leadership with basic pastoral skills, ministerial skills, other basic life skills, and peacebuilding and reconciliation training.
