Rwanda
Rwanda has undergone violent ethnic, civil, and political events that have included the Genocide against the Tutsi in Rwanda and other fatal conflicts. These events have affected the Christian church within Rwanda and have left Rwanda without true leadership and justice. ALARM recognizes the vital role that leaders play and without servant leadership training, there is little hope for the country to find peace and reconciliation. It is in this context that ALARM Rwanda was founded. The purpose of ALARM Rwanda is to fill the gap that focuses on servant leadership development, peacebuilding, trauma healing, forgiveness, and reconciliation.
