Kenya: General Leadership Training

Kenya: General Leadership Training

ALARM Kenya conducted a general leadership training in Kajiado County. 48 participants from 10 different denominations attended this training and about 1/3 of the participants were women leaders. As these leaders attended the sessions, they received training in servant leadership and were encouraged to train other leaders within their communities by sharing the skills and tools they received. Some of the topics included: Biblical foundation, character traits of a leader, resolving conflict within the church, Biblical stewardship, and Church in the community. The future of these nations is in the hands of the youth and it is ALARM’s priority to ensure that these young leaders are properly equipped and educated with the tools to become effective leaders in their communities.
