Institute of Women for Excellence

IWE School Mission is to provide quality education of sciences and cultivate Christian values to young girls who have completed their primary school.

The school opened its doors at 2006 with 36 students, 3 teachers, 3 classrooms, and 2 small offices. Over the past 17 years, IWE School has graduated 528 girls. Currently IWE School has 272 students, 7 teachers and 2 administrative staff   and 5 non-teaching staff.  All the girls completing IWE program graduate with high performance, most of them heading straight to university. The facilities have also increased to two dormitories, a multipurpose hall with adjacent small rooms for teachers, seven classrooms, a computer lab and a physics lab. May God bless :

-Grace Church in Noblesville provided an extra grant amount to renovate and repaint the classrooms, the dormitories, the kitchen, and dining hall.

-IWE school administration block accommodating teacher room, offices and computer lab. A donation of Rise up women international organization

-In 2024, IWE school was renovated. We thank God that through Rise up Women International the school has met big requirement from the Government.

-Through Rise up women international, IWE School received from Evergreen Home Loans for the donation of 49 Laptops in March, 2023. 

-Through Rise up women international, IWE school got a donation of 493 new curriculums books for all levels.

-The school received another donation from the protestant Council of churches, composed by ICT materials such as:  8 desktops, 1 projector, 1 recorder, 3 tablets, 1 solar energy backup.

-As mentioned above, due to the renovation and the smart classroom with a strong Wi-Fi, the number of students who enrolled in September doubled, from 145 to 270 students.
