In October, a Christian Education Teachers Training was held for 56 teachers of different Christian denominations, ages, and genders! The objective of this training was to educate the teachers on the Biblical foundation of Christian education, psychological education, and teaching methods/assessments. Many Christian students in Sudan experience discrimination because of their religion and it is critical that these teachers understand the importance of their ministry as teachers. As the participants went through these trainings, they became encouraged and educated. Many testimonies came from these trainings and the teachers reported that they believe there will be changes and enhancements in their teaching methods. As ALARM Sudan continues to empower and equip Christian leaders, reconciliation and peace are taking place!
