A peace-building meeting for police and boda-boda drivers was held in August. In this meeting, 20 police officers, 20 boda-boda drivers, & 10 local leaders met to discuss how they can continue to promote peace while living in co-existence with one another. It is critical that both the boda-boda drivers and police officers know how to interact with one another and respect each other as they face conflict within the law. As these leaders learn how to operate in peace, they are continuing to impact their industries in a way where true change is taking place.
