In March, an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) training at the Ntinda Police School was held for 73 members of the police community. This training covered topics in peaceful conflict resolution and servant leadership. We believe that these training sessions are critical for those who lead communities and that as these leaders are trained, they will be equipped to become fair and effective leaders.
