40 officers attended the 2nd training for the Senior Staff of Uganda Police. This was a 3-week training conducted using a hybrid approach. The ALARM Uganda staff partnered with the USA-Conscious Coalition to facilitate this training. The objective of their time together was to empower the officers with skills in servant leadership, operational excellence, effective communication, trauma awareness and healing, and foundations for growing in an outward approach as a police officer.
