When making a donation, ALARM will make every effort possible to direct the funds to the project/program you have requested. However, there are times when ALARM may need to optimize resources and distribute them where they are needed most. The ALARM Board of Directors approved policy states that up to 15% of all gifts designated for a specific project/program be used for administrative and operation expenses.
