Our Promise to You
At ALARM, good stewardship of all resources including people, talents, gifts and finances, is mission critical and an integral part of everything we do, because we recognize that every resource entrusted to us has been generously provided by God Himself.
How ALARM uses your generous donations
In 2009, 83.7 percent of our total operating expenses were used for training programs that develop leaders, reconcile broken relationships and transform communities. Whether equipping pastors with discipleship and reconciliation skills, empowering women with leadership skills, or endowing youth with life skills, you can be assured that your generous donations assist churches, individuals, families and communities in need, across 8 countries in east and central Africa.
The ALARM Board of Directors approved policy states that up to 15% of all gifts designated for a specific project/program be used for administrative and operation expenses.
When making a donation, ALARM will make every effort possible to direct the funds to the project/program you have requested. However, there are times when ALARM may need to optimize resources and distribute them where they are needed most.
